My daughter needed white stockings for her school program and they fit perfectly. She wears a size 2 and I bought a medium size. They were long enough to reach her knees and stayed on her feet the whole time. They have a higher weight, which allows you to play on the playground. She liked that they didn't have any structure on the bottom of the foot. Looks like they'll last a long time. I would buy them again.
