I have a few different leather surfaces that need touching up and a deep finish, leather car seats, boots and some decent leather wallets that I'd like to extend life and restore their depth to here. . I have used other products that have either left a white wax film or have tinted/darkened the color over time. I have tested this product extensively. I first tested on my black car seats which are quite worn and even cracked in places. After a light cleaning I applied the conditioner as directed. It wasn't greasy and was polished to a nice rich satin finish. I didn't want the slimy look that AmorAll leaves behind, nor was there any smell or scent. It didn't work miracles, but the skin became noticeably richer. I also wanted to make sure the black dye wouldn't wash out and stain my clothes that came in contact with it. I then checked the purse for noticeable scratches and frayed, dried edges. I was glad the cream didn't stain or discolor my pink skin. It smoothed out scratches and the lighter worn edges took on a richer color that blended better with the rest. I compared one side of the bag to the raw side and saw a noticeable difference. I ordered a 16 ounce bottle which is enough to cover most of my leather goods. As said, it doesn't work miracles, but it does make a noticeable difference without causing any damage or discoloration. I was happy with the results.
