I just got this yesterday - and well I tried it when I got out of the shower this morning. I have terrible calluses on my feet, partly because of this. I've worn these shoes (the spiky the better) and walked barefoot when I'm home for years, and this one worked great after a quick try. Will definitely be using it to prep for Spring/Summer so I don't look like I have vulture paws. Better than a manicurist using a grinder on my heels (yes, that's from studs I know and love) - although I have to see - I see how you can overdo it - is kind of about a really bad spot on mine Went on heels and may need to use a fine pumice stone to "buff" but WOW! I can throw away the razor I use (yes I used a pedicure razor to clean my poor feet). My legs are sooo happy now
