MUST turn on GPS for bluetooth connection. ? Well it's a joke. I have at least 15-20 Bluetooth devices in my house that I have had for years and none of them have ever required GPS. If you're trying to set it up and if it connects (it takes a few tries), you'll have to stand a few feet away from you and check the temperature while it's cooking. ? this defeats the whole purpose of a Bluetooth wireless connection. I have to go to my grill to see what the temp is. Maybe the WiFi version works better? I do not know. I have already invested too much and would like to return these devices before the return period has expired. I strongly recommend avoiding this product. DO NOT BUY.
