We have a vegetable garden. This made the salad preparation much easier for us and saved a lot of time. This removed most of the water after washing (not completely dried), and the restaurant we sell to told us the veggies were dry enough to keep in the fridge for a couple of weeks without going bad. Connecting the gearbox to the cover was a little tricky as the parts didn't seem to fit without a little effort. Maybe it's on purpose. But now it is priceless for us in our garden greenery.
