Customer Service is excellent! Friendly staff always willing to help you any way they can. Pricey for small business but worth it if your looking into larger clients (ie. companies that make lots of sales). I'm working through HostilICA from my home office without having an actual storefront or retail location nearby when dealing directly w/ customers - therefore no profit loss due to outages caused by equipment failure/problems etc., plus great customer service benefits as well. Hostilica made the process of buying hosting easy. They provide a great support team and have a very easy to use interface. The only thing I dislike is the billing process. It's difficult to reconcile payments and I understand that it's a necessary evil in the industry. Hostilica is a great hosting provider. They make it easy to buy a hosting plan. Support is great. They respond very quickly and are willing to help you with any issue you have.
