There is really nothing about the product that we do not like. If you need to transport your paddle board and don't have a huge truck or SUV that can hold a rigid board, this is absolutely perfect. It inflates quickly and easily. It deflates just as easily for storage and transport. It is very sturdy without being bulky/heavy and can be carried in its backpack by just about anyone capable of going paddle boarding. Highly recommended for petite teens up to grown men. It held 6' 200lb. man with ease. A+
