Review on CycCHIS by Tom Motko

I like that it can be used in any environment, not just law enforcement or military operations only! It's easy to use too - you don't need much training before being able to make your first report with this software!! The customer service has been great as well (this was our 1st time using an enterprise solution). As far as issues go? Nothing really comes up all of us are learning how everything works together now so there aren’t many problems yet but if they do come we know where some things could have more options made available for users who may want them. We've had nothing bad about working out here which makes me happy because i'm sure other agencies around would love having something similar since their systems were designed by different companies from what ours looks like.
