I like that you can create videos of different lengths in order from 10 seconds up till 60 minutes long, which is perfect if your content needs more than just one video! You have options when it comes creating graphics as well - they are easy enough but not too simple so there's no risk of getting something wrong while editing them yourself (as with some other platforms). The platform itself has gotten better over time since we've been using this now-a day tool; however sometimes its slow at times even though our PC specs should be good according to what i'm reading online about others who use similar equipment/specs etc., maybe try switching browser? Sometimes my files get stuck loading into edit mode because apparently all 3rd party plugins aren't working properly anymore, also don’t know why yet haha. Try out free trial first before signing off any payments / contracts, otherwise things could potentially go sour pretty quickly once paid services kick back in ;P We're solving.
