Review on Bittnet Group/Dendrio by Rud Starks

I like that they are very flexible in terms of training needs, and also have good customer service. They can be expensive for small businesses. Also, it is difficult to get them to communicate with each other at times (especially regarding scheduling). However, their pricing structure makes up for this issue. We use Dendrios for our internal staff development courses. It has been great so far. We do not currently utilize any third party providers but would consider using them if we needed additional support or expertise outside of ours.
