Basically, I withdraw reviews from other people because people just want to have a say. However, for this product, headphones, I had to heed their words. Like others reviewing this, I had the headphones for about a month before one side started losing sound intermittently. Both stopped working today. I use it with my phone a few times a week, either to watch the TV news while I'm eating breakfast out, or while I'm doing my elliptical at the gym once or twice a week. As a senior I am conscientious and take care of my belongings. No kids or pets to mess things up. Very poor quality to fail so quickly. I figured the Samsung name for my Samsung phone would be worth the extra money. NOT CORRECT. Do not buy!
