Received mine yesterday. I bought something similar a few years ago. It's expired, but to be honest it didn't do much good. This one seems better in every way than the one I threw away. The airbag valve paid off. This type of device has a limited number of uses where you want it, and in some positions the soft cushion helps you not to overdo it if you can't optimize the positioning. The heat is great! Enough to calm down. The automatic reverse rotation helps these muscles relax and prevents them from being irritated by the constant rigid movement. The guarantee looks decent - note that they want you to email to activate it. I use my main for lower back. I've had the problem for years and am determined to try and get relief without going back to painkillers. My first day went well.
