Strong block but unreliable sound

I was hoping for better sound quality and volume. The audio from the microphone often cuts out even when the headset and device are fully charged. Only used the device for an hour to amplify voice and consumed more than a quarter of the battery life. The device itself is solid and the headset is definitely better quality than other brands I've bought.
