Review on MICHELIN Latitude Tour HP 215/65 R16 98H summer by Mateusz Smoliski ᠌

Unusable to use, bad product.

Although the vendors did not warmly encourage it and claimed that the reviews were conflicting, I succumbed to the glowing testimonials on the market. I purchased this rubber brand-new from a reputable source. extremely disappointed. The most of the positive evaluations appear to have purchased here, and this rubber is clearly not worth the money, which may be why I have Made in USA tires instead of French ones. The first and last Michelin I used; in the future, I'll consider Continental, Toyo, Hankuk (I only lost a few spikes on the last car for two winters), as well as the reliable Nokian, which I've personally tested over the years. The French lack manufacturing expertise in both rubber and autos.

Pros
  • Strong rubber, sturdy sidewalls, and excellent brakes
Cons
  • really loud. I switched from my winter studded Toyo shoes to these yesterday and could instantly tell the difference. Winter spikes are much quieter than Michelins! Hum is really unsettling, especially after 50 km/h. I don't know how it was, but based on all the reports of the Michelin tires, I had completely different expectations. quite challenging. Toyota is significantly softer and more comfortable to ride than Michelin, which has a profile of 60 and a Toyo profile of 55. These tires both give the interior much more information about bumps and fractures in the road. When compared to winter tires, fuel consumption is once more marginally higher.

Has pros: The rubber is soft, comfortable, strong enough, quiet. Cons below: In the heat on dry pavement does not slow down, the control becomes worse.
