First off, let me say that this thing is beautifully made. The leather smells rich and the stitching is great. However, it appears to have been redesigned to the point where it lacks core functionality. I love the idea of the magnetic scorecard holder and that it comes in 2 parts. In the original photos, it looked like there was a rubber band in the center section holding the cover of the book of footage in place, but that's not the case. Just the bottom of the valve. I wish there was another flap at the top so I could safely place a book in it instead of being flung around when I opened it, or so that pages already played could be tucked in. Holder. I think it's safe to say that most of us who use it by the yard for its intended purpose will hold up. A pen holder around the seam would be very helpful. Haven't tried it with it yet, but it doesn't look like it will serve my purpose. Can be returned at the end.
