Although the product appears to be of excellent quality I have not been able to get it to work with the Samsung Galaxy 8+ for example. He didn't even recognize the phone when I plugged it in. There were no instructions or tech support to call. However, when I packed everything up and hit return, he asked what they could do to fix the problem. How about being willing to speak to tech support? I went through this after being frustrated with this for a week, searching google for info, watching youtube videos etc.
