I have to say I am very impressed with this case. I get up every day so my hands are pretty big. I use it at the gym and wrap it around my biceps during my workouts. I have had several other sleeves made from wetsuit material (forget what it's called) in the past and they worked well but ALWAYS felt very tight on my arm. Also, the case holding the iPod was part of the strap, so there was no interchangeability. This thing is great, the case is a completely separate piece and the strap just goes through the back of the case. The case is made of the same soft rubber material, so place your iPod inside (perfectly btw) and then thread the strap through the case either before or after this step. The band is made out of pretty good material, and it's easy to adjust and flexible. Since the entire strap can be returned to its original position and fixed with Velcro, it is 100% adjustable to any size. THAT was a huge benefit for me because now I don't feel like it's squeezing my hand. My last two iPod straps have worn down over time from sweat and use. but this one seems to last a little longer. , because of the material. Even if the strap wears out, the case is still 100%, so I only have to buy a strap if that happens. Seems, I've also seen options to just buy the group at a lower price, so that's good to know for future purchases. Oh, the case is also fully iPod compatible. So after the gym I can just plug it into my iPod car stereo's USB cable without having to remove the case or anything like that. It charges there and attaches/detaches easily.
