I bought this for a recent trip abroad and for future trips. The case fits in the back pocket of the jeans, but extends to the top edge of the pocket. This made me a bit nervous (someone will see, it's easier to search the bag, etc.), but as I was wearing long t-shirts and a jacket most of the time, it didn't bother me. I really like that it has internal slots on one side for credit cards, extra ID, etc. They are a little deep and it's difficult to pull the card out when it's pushed all the way in. It would be much better if they made the cracks a little shallower. What I particularly didn't like is that a standard size US passport doesn't fit perfectly when the case is tucked in on both sides. The case is too short for the passport to lay flat, so it bulges a bit. For this reason I didn't "built" the passport into the case as intended, I just slipped it into the left side flap holder (closed) and just manually removed and opened the passport when I needed to give it to someone. In general, this is not bad. just a few small design flaws that keep it from being truly great.
