This is a cute little clip-on desk fan that works well with my stroller. I only use it as a clip on a fan. The fan does what it is supposed to do, it is quiet, adjustable, the clamp and the upper insert are functional. All thin plastic construction and solid base is very light and works on smooth surfaces. Great product design for personal use and you must be near a fan if you want more coolness.
