It broke within a few weeks. They sent me new parts that didn't exactly match the original parts. Broke again. Refund requested, no response. I've been juicing for 40 years and I've never had a lemon like this. terrible juicer and they will not refund me even though it broke within 6 months. I can't even make pickle juice in this thing. Wheatgrass only and must go very slowly. Lasts longer than any other juicer I've ever used.
