I like that it's very easy-to use when you're just getting started! It has helped us improve our customer service by making sure we get all those messages out there right away so people know what time/date deliveries are going down (and also helps keep them informed).
There isn't much at this point - but if more features were added then maybe even better? We've been using HIary since November 2016 as an internal tool only; however now have decided not renewing subscription because too many other tools available online such as Google Calendar or Salesforce etc..
