The house and kitchen goods offered by Serami's online store come in a wide variety of styles and price points, but the products' quality and customer service leave much to be desired. The dinnerware set that I purchased appeared to be of stunning quality on the website; however, upon delivery, the pieces were scuffed and scratched. The fact that customer support did not respond to my inquiries or provide any assistance in resolving the issue made for a very frustrating experience. On the basis of my personal experience, I am unable to recommend Serami, and I advise customers looking for home and kitchen goods to seek elsewhere.
