This is waaaay too big to be a small. I like the print but the peplum doesn't hit high hip like it should. It sits more like an ultra min-dress. The waist is big for a small. I would expect a small waist to be about 26-27 inches. The waist for this small is more like 30 inches. If I had tried it on sooner I would have returned it because even if I get the waist taken in it will look frumpy on me because I have a short torso and the peplum swallows me up. I'm trying to resell in on let-go, lol
