This product is not as easy to use as advertised - the white part keeps getting stuck and removing to open the collar was very tiring. Also, I've had it for over a month now and one of the collars has stopped properly glowing even when charged. I would not buy this product again if given a choice as there are probably better products out there. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ Update July 2021: The product I received may have been defective, but the after-sales service is fast and direct. A few days after I posted my review that the product broke after a month of use, the company contacted me and offered to refund the money for their product. It's nice to see a company take responsibility for their defective item despite the Revain return window. Would buy this company's product due to the fact that they act quickly and are willing to work with their customers.
