Review on Serami by Tommy Clement

I was delighted to discover that Serami has an online store, and I couldn't wait to look through the various items they sell for the house and the kitchen. On the other hand, my interactions with this business were not in the least bit satisfying. The photographs of the dinnerware set that I purchased presented a refined appearance; however, the items that were shipped to me were of a low quality and did not correspond to the product that was advertised. In addition, the things were not packaged correctly, so they arrived broken when they were delivered. I tried to get in touch with customer support, but the representatives I spoke with were unhelpful and unresponsive, and they were unable to solve my problem. My interactions with Serami have, on the whole, been underwhelming, and I would advise others to approach their products and customer support with extreme caution.
