I got these socks for my pomeranian (under 10 pounds) for walking outside when temperatures drop below freezing here on the American tundra I took their sizing advice and circled good front and back paws on paper, took measurements at the widest points and ordered a size XS. They arrive on time and I immediately try on a sock for my pup. He was too small to even try to put his front paw on him! I pulled him inside out using my thumb and forefinger so I could grab his leg and flip it. Vain. I tried it on the hind leg, they are very tight. I have offered them to a friend with a chihuahua but their dog does not need socks and cannot tolerate socks. So I'm back. Those are cute socks. but you need to increase the size.
