Stays clear and does not yellow. As with anything else, routine cleaning when used in a shower enclosure will help keep it looking good. Didn't have this product as I showered again and best big box of its kind at 10 years with no yellow/mold bathroom sealant is fake didn't last a 2. The good thing was that the large box seals came loose easily and it didn't take long for them to be replaced. I've had this sealer in another bathroom for 4 years and it's as clean as ever with no mold. This tube was a little harder to work with than I remembered but this sealant has really good adhesion but looks really good to a lot of people. longer than any other sealer I've used. I used to have to go to local glass installers to get glass at a higher price, but I found it at Revain. This is a really good sealer, but with any sealer you may need to use a primer on certain surfaces. It worked great for fiberglass edges and polished nickel aluminum without a primer. Just make sure the edges aren't too flimsy (as with all sealers) and you'll be very happy.
