Works like a champ. You will need to trim the square edges to fit a stock Toyota head unit. The sides of the connector (on either side of the moving latch) will need to be shaved off a bit, about 0.020". These are square edges, not rounded ones. (Look at the front of the connector, it's a U shape, cut off the top parts of the U) Don't cut the latch or it's perfect and fixes my GPS (2010 Highlander Limited/Nav).
