Review on 🧹 Compact Cordless Handheld Vacuum by BLACK+DECKER: HNV215BW52 - Efficient and Convenient Cleaning by George Kapoor

I am very disappointed. I bought this to replace an old Black and Decker lithium cordless handheld vacuum that I lost the power cord when moving house a few years ago and replacing the cord is like buying a different appliance. This vacuum has 1/3 the suction power of the previous model and the charger is inconvenient. I understand they design it to be wall mounted, but some people like me rent and would rather NOT have to drill holes in our walls and/or don't have a garage to install it and therefore have to charge the unit rather than remove it. I will definitely put up with it and pay for a replacement cable on my old model. Especially since I know that a fully charged older model can last for several years on a single charge with moderate use (I'm not kidding - I lost the cord in 2018 and it's only now having trouble cleaning the litter box due to the dead battery ) The jury has not yet decided whether I will give this model away or send it back. Black and Decker You need to make things BETTER when you release a new model, not worse.
