I am size 16 and this trendy skirt fits great. It looks like a large mesh so stretches well and covers the full width of my hips. The accents are perfect and go with several different workout outfits. I love how it looks when I'm shimmy! It may be a little long, I have to be careful not to place it too low or it may squeeze my hips, but it's easily adjustable. It took a few times to stretch to the point where it wouldn't slide down, but I had it with some waist wraps. I highly recommend this if like me you are a belly dancer and have a hard time finding a hip scarf that doesn't leave too much gap.
