The good news is that this vacuum cleaner sucks powerfully and is light weight and the support team is very quick to respond to any issues. The bad news is that it clogs very easily and the customer service, while quick to respond, wasn't exactly what I expected. Initially the problem started after I've been using this device for about 5 months when it shut down after a few minutes. Vacuuming and not restarting for a few minutes afterwards, which was obviously really slowing things down. After checking everywhere for any clogs and not seeing any, I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me a new vacuum. Unfortunately, the new vacuum they sent was absolutely filthy both inside and out - I mean really gross, with foreign hair and dirt clinging to the cylindrical brush and attachments, and dust and dirt all over the outside of the unit. Before using the replacement that was sent, I tried again to see if there was a clog somewhere in my car and ended up finding a wad of pet hair stuck halfway to the vacuum hose that I hadn't found before. I immediately sent the replacement device back and was not charged anything. After clearing the blockage, the machine worked fine again, although I've had two more blockages since then. I vacuum once a week and although we have pets the house isn't that bad so repeated blockages are a little annoying.
