The best part about using valuer is being able to interact with a real person who can talk you through everything. You know they're really there to help you and not just push their product! Nothing at all - I like how they go above and beyond what other valuations do by providing recommendations etc. Great service. If you're looking for unbiased advice from professional advisors, then this is definitely it. We used valuer to get some market research done for us and we were extremely happy with the service.
