I don't often write reviews but I really loved this product as it matched my office theme but when it arrived, I was very excited disappointed. The color is dark too. Fuchsia-like pink, not the light pink tone shown. But that wasn't the main problem. However, when the packaging was opened the odor was very bad, so strong I sprayed it with a Lysol 2-in-1 sanitizer spray along with a super powerful antipyretic. The smell mostly dissipated after a few hours of drying but still lingered somewhat, although it wasn't overpowering anymore. I replaced it with my current mouse pad and it was much smaller than expected and the wrist rest wasn't as "soft" as previous mouse pads I've had. I suppose for the price this would be enough for someone on a budget but I will be returning mine as my mouse (a small mouse with blue teeth) takes up most of the mat leaving little room to move.
