Review on Deekec by Robert Smith

Due to the fact that I am a musician, I was really thrilled to check out the online store that Deekec has because they claim to be the best at bringing music to life. Unfortunately, the overall purchasing experience I had with them did not live up to my expectations. When compared to the selections available at other music stores, Deekec's lack of folk and world instruments, as well as wind and woodwind instruments, was particularly disappointing. In addition, I found that their pricing were greater than those offered by competing internet stores. The subpar quality of Deekec's customer service is the primary differentiating factor between the company and its rivals. It took me several attempts to get in touch with their customer service team when I had a problem with my order, and even after I did, they were unhelpful and unresponsive. Overall, there are other music businesses that offer a greater selection, pricing, and customer service than Deekec does, so I would not recommend Deekec above those other stores.
