These shoes look good and are well made. The soft grainy leather (grainy, not shiny) makes them suitable for both everyday wear and business suits. The showers are soft and supple, comfortable and flexible with good traction. But they are quite narrow, more in relation to adult female ridges than children's ridges (particularly the ridges for boys, which tend to be wider). I found that they were quite snug to begin with, and my slightly wide-footed daughter (who has never had a problem with regular boys' shoes and was only occasionally too wide for regular girls' shoes) could barely squeeze her feet into them. . this.
