A lot smaller than expected.
Seems like a decent unit. The desk clamp does flex a bit even though its metal when secured. Also the head droops after a while. I don't want to crank too much on the fixing knob because its just aluminumMy biggest issue is that I was expecting something with a longer reach. This one does not reach from the back of my desk to the front. It might be good enough so I might just keep it.In my head I saw it as big as the old CFL ring style magnifying lamps that were 3-4 times the size of this. the description is accurate though and all the new ones seem about the same. likely all made in the same factory/assembly line in china.
- Love this works great for extra eyes! Especially with contacts!
- The swivel is difficult to adjust
