I like how easy it was to put together with my staff for their use during busy times such as winter months when students are out of school.

It can be difficult managing many users in one account but they do provide customer service support through Skype so you don't always need an employee present to assist. Not much - just keep adding people until your database is full! Our IT department uses this program all day daily. Benefits include ease of communication between employees about assignments, time off requests/responses etc which makes work easier.
