Cute on newborn for my opinion
Bought this for my three week old. I used it on walks this weekend and sorta held it on her head while she was in wrap but fits great and I probably could tie it. Will be using on our beach trip when she’s 5-6 weeks old and it fits as expected. Definitely small enough for newborn. Very soft material. Exactly the product I expected
