Ok long story short I've bought 3 of these over the years. Not because something went wrong, but because I really like it. I change it every 4 years or so when it flattens out or cracks. But mainly because I have an allergy to dust and I have to keep everything clean. This duvet is incredibly easy to wash and dry. If it's wet I leave it on my bed, turn on the fan and bang next to the bed, it's done. It's always soft, warms me, but I don't swear in the summer. I should probably buy more than 1 at a time so I don't have to worry about it never being sold
