I got my Olympic workout bench about 2 weeks ago. It is perfect! I used a couple of benches before but was never able to get the workout I needed, sold them and decided to go with this one, the beauty of it is that you can hit multiple muscles, and get an all around full body workout. this comes particularly helpful during the pandemic and all gyms are closed.Assembly took me around 2 hrs all by myself. Instructions are decent enough to follow. I can do multiple chest exercises, arms, legs, squat rack makes It perfect to do legs, the bench offers a great number of positions. Aside from the multiple chest position you can set it to a 90 degree angel and hit a good shoulder workout. Also there are the different leg curls that you can do. Perfect bench for a home gym, can do anything you want, gets you a great pump and hits every major muscle. highly satisfied!
