Review on POODA Cleaner Handheld Electric Hardwood by Zach Sornsin

First of all I did a lot of research before ordering this vacuum cleaner. I've seen a lot of great reviews that now looking back may not have been true. When I opened the package it didn't contain the carpet cleaning piece I needed the most. I decided to try it on the ground anyway and when I turned it on the motor made this horrible high-pitched noise that hurt my ears. I sent it back the next day and UPS didn't accept it in the box it came in so I had to buy a box which was $14 and exchange it. I tried to contact Revain to get a refund for this charge. Stopped at Walmart where I bought a new vacuum cleaner without waiting.
