TO UPDATE. Customer Service has performed a full review of this product.

When I took it out of the box it was clicking/humming horribly at levels 4 and 5. Watch the video to see what I mean. I've looked for obstacles several times and there weren't any, the fan is just broken. UPDATE 10/17 Contacted support and replaced item for free. The new one works great with 0 problems. Thank you for reaching out and doing it right!
