**Highly recommend removing the bell from the hanging ball, my younger cat clawed into it during the first 2 minutes of play. She got scared and tried to jump off with the stuck one. Luckily I noticed before it was too late, I'm afraid it may have twisted her paw a lot. ** Otherwise this product is great! It was an instant hit between my two cats. Got this for my older cat who doesn't jump well but still wants to sit higher. It's a bit difficult for him to maneuver on top because the platforms are a bit small and he has to take tight turns, but he can do it, so I think it will work! Seems to be strong. My gear also had an extra bolt on each one, which I was very thankful for! Eventually I spent a lot of time trying to find a tree with a larger top platform that my old man could still reach. He's a big cat and tends to stretch out when he sleeps, so I was a bit frustrated that the top deck is actually 37 x 27 cm (14.5 x 10.6 inches) hard. The pillow makes it a little bigger, but I still don't consider it 13" x 15.7" as shown in the picture. Although he seems to like it.
