UPDATE: I was very pleased to receive an immediate email from the seller's customer service department offering to fix the problem. They explained that the issues I was having will (hopefully) be fixed in newer production batches of the product and will ship a replacement. The bag may not be exactly what I wanted, but I have no complaints about the customer service attention. No seller is perfect and I don't expect perfection. What you do when things go wrong tells me if you're a good company. This seller is clearly trying. Under the circumstances, I cannot ask for more.________________________________________________ When I first received the bag I was in love. It's stylish and multifunctional. I like three bags. It's perfect for my laptop and travel cords, as well as many small items I would otherwise carry in my purse. At the time I would rate it a 5. Unfortunately after less than 6 months I am extremely unimpressed with the durability of the bag. I travel for work, on average about twice a month. I only use this bag when traveling. He's had about ten rides since purchase, about three weeks of actual use. It was hand luggage only, never checked in. The handles are starting to wear out, one of them may not hold up the journey I'm on right now. All four corners of the bag are worn, the skin is peeled off. I don't expect the bag I travel with to always look new, but I was hoping to spend more time with it than I had. Disappointing because I really liked this bag. I've even recommended it to some of my colleagues who also travel.
