Good afternoon ! I ordered Samsung Galaksy A52 8 / 256 GB RU (blue) on amazon with joy. But, I did not expect that when the guarantee (15 days - and not subject to return) ENDED, problems began to appear in the smartphone. I saw that the yellow color had disappeared. Then I just checked the whole setting, and in the additional parameters, and even checked the color test and other parameters (Fig. 1) and changed the wallpaper (may have affected this), rebooted the smartphone several times. But not in any. How to issue a return or exchange? Under warranty.
