I am a 6" 3" female and used a disposable towel this morning. I bought these when I travel and clean towels are not provided daily. I had my doubts when I took one out of the box so I had my regular spare towel. I didn't need it. This disposable towel wiped me - neck to toe, back, front and side. Of course it was a bit different than a regular towel and I had to get used to using it as after a while I had to keep opening it, it was just a ball in my hand but it did the job - efficiently. It hasn't ripped or left lint or stains on me. I usually always take my own washcloths, but now I will make sure to buy disposable washcloths. I usually only reuse bath towels when I travel. After throwing mine in the trash I wondered if I could hang them up to dry and use them a second time. This towel can be used as a rug, towel, maybe cut into a washcloth, etc. It was really durable.
