Some time ago I bought a hose after sale. I had to return it. It never worked. It was too long. After two Dyson vacuum cleaners I will not buy a second time. I left this vacuum to sweep dirt off our back porch. But with the ill-fitting hose, I was ready to throw it at the curb. This hose arrived today and I am very happy that it actually fits! The only one, and it is insignificant. The top, where the red button is located, was put on upside down. You can't necessarily reverse the hose as it's very narrow. I simply took off (unclipped) the top and turned it inside out. Now I hate that vacuum a little less.
