Castille soap can be tricky. You need to know which concentrate/dilution ratio is right for your application. Once identified, this product eliminates chemicals and other environmental hazards in the home. Perfect for those with sensitivities and I love that I don't have to wear gloves when working with this product. Leaves my home smelling CLEAN, not chemical or strong smelling. The next gallon I order will be lemon scented, not lavender scented. There is no other reason than that I want to determine what I prefer. Even the dog likes to bathe in it and I tried it on my hair just for fun. I don't need conditioner which is saying something considering I have dry hair. With this product I threw away at least 7 cleaning products from other national brands. Aha!
