Review on Cordova Bamboo Roman Shade, 30 in. W x 64 in. L, Cocoa, Cordless Dockside Design, SKU: 2216306E by Mikey Ruelas

I bought two of these curtains to put on our French doors. While I liked the look of them I have to admit that I started the return process and almost sent them back. The reason for this is that one of the blinds started to fall apart where it was glued at the bottom and the part that sticks out of the top of the blind to cover the mechanism was 2 slats longer on one blind than the other. Also, our neighbors had an unobstructed view of our dining room at night because those blinds do NOTHING in the privacy department. The only reason I kept them was because I liked how they looked on our doors and I couldn't find anything I liked. the same for the same price. So I put on my homemade hat, took some hot glue and a brown cloth and did it. First I solved the privacy issue by cutting the brown fabric and gluing it to the back of the blinds. Not only can I sit in my dining room at night and not worry about someone watching me from the street, but it has the added ability to block lights during the day. Second, I re-glued the bottom of the shades that had detached and attached the longer top overhang by bending and gluing one of the slats. All in all I spent about an hour on these fixes and can definitely live with the blinds now. To be honest if they came out the way they are doing now I would give them 5 stars but they didn't so I'm only giving 3.
