Nice stand, very well made in terms of finishing of all moving and threaded parts, easy to attach but difficult to get out of adjustment. The magnet is strong enough that both the interaction and separation appear to be reliable - I hope it always will be, but if not it's usually fixable. Fine adjustment is smooth and delicate. The phosphate finish or whatever it is might not be the most durable, but other than that there's no reason to ruin any points from this item. I've been using the old post style for years, I've had a noga like this that was stolen and I really think it's almost the same as the noga model I had, albeit a lot cheaper. No complaints here.
